Orders & Shipping
How long does it take for custom orders to ship?
Please allow 5–7 days for custom orders to be made and shipped. If you need your order sooner, leave a note in the comments at checkout, and we’ll reach out.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
We want every order to arrive perfectly! Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damage, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! You can pick up your order locally. Please select the local pickup option at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.

Returns & Discounts
Can I return a candle if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on candles. This is to ensure every candle you receive is fresh, safe, and ready to enjoy.
Can I get a discount for returning jars and lids?
Absolutely! Return your used candle jars and lids in reusable condition (no soot, cracks, or discoloration), and you’ll receive 20% off your next candle purchase. Discounted candles sold with scratches or imperfections are not eligible.
Candle Care & Wax
What type of wax do you use?
We use high-quality coconut apricot wax designed for a clean and even burn. Each candle is carefully poured to ensure optimal fragrance and performance.
Why is my candle tunneling?
Tunneling happens when the wax burns down the center faster than the edges. To avoid this, allow the candle to burn long enough for the wax to melt across the entire surface on the first burn (usually 2–4 hours, depending on size).
How long should I burn my candle each time?
For the best performance, burn your candle 2–4 hours at a time. Avoid burning for shorter periods, as this can cause uneven wax pooling and tunneling.
How do I care for my wick?
Trim your wick to about ¼ inch before each burn. This helps prevent excessive smoke, soot, and uneven burning.
Fragrances
Can the scent vary from candle to candle?
Because our candles are hand-poured in small batches, there may be slight variations in fragrance strength or aroma between candles. This is normal and part of the charm of handmade products.
Do fragrances fade over time?
Candles are best used within 12–18 months of purchase for optimal fragrance. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve scent.
Why doesn't my candle seem very strong?
The main reason is likely because the candle doesn't match the room you're burning it in. Single wick candles give the best hot throw when in smaller rooms such as bedrooms, bathrooms, officers, etc. Multi wick candles give better hot throws for larger, open concept areas. Cozy Tip: burn two single wick candles if multi wick isn't available
